Quality
The Company gives its utmost importance to its Quality Assurance and Quality Control policy in place. All the garments produced are subjected to strict quality assurance checks and inspections.
Weekly Progress Report
Meeting with Merchandiser, Quality Controller and Logistic staff will be held every Saturday and status will be e-mailed to customers on every Monday. This will enable all the customers to verify their order progress.
Sample Trajectory
Different types of samples like prototype, pre-production, photo sample etc will be strictly followed up.
Sampling time for New order
The company very strict to submit sample according to customer requirement. The company able to submit FIT sample within 72 hours after receiving LC.
Random Statistical Audit
After merchandise has been duly checked/inspected by the finishing section, a final audit is carried by our professional Q.C inspectors. Merchandise are audited at 4.0 AQL presently. We are seeking to attain 2.5 AQL in the near future.
