Zhaoyuan Talent Plastic Chemical Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of rubber fenders for maritime use. Located in Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, this municipality borders Yantai to the east, Qingdao to the south and Longkou Port to the north. Established with investment of RMB23 million, we have a 15,200 square meter factory, with an 8,500 square meter built environment. Processing 5,000 metric tons of rubber fenders annually, we can supply products in a dozen types and several hundred specifications. Mainly using natural rubber (NR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene rubber (BR), pyridine butadiene rubber (PBR) and chloroprene rubber (CR) raw materials, we can also offer "Hypalon" based rubber, ethylene-propylene non-conjugated di-ene rubber (EPDM) and PU rubber options if required.
Boasting sophisticated manufacturing equipment and technology, we also have perfect product testing instruments. We can thereby ensure that all products have low reaction force, large absorption force and high corrosion resistance. With our expert R&D team supported by the Ministry of Transportation, Qingdao Technology University, Beijing Chemical Industry University and Beijing Rubber Industry Design Institute, these personnel can therefore continually introduce new designs.
